1. Redemption
This physical gift voucher is issued by Nose To Tail and is redeemable only at Nose To Tail. 
Present the original voucher at the time of purchase. 
Photocopies or digital images are not accepted.

2. Validity
This Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, as noted on the voucher, unless otherwise required by law. 
After the expiry date, the voucher will no longer be accepted and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

3. Non-Refundable / No Cash Value
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit in part or in full. 
No change will be given for purchases less than the voucher value.

4. Single Use / No Reloads
This Voucher is not reloadable and cannot be reused once the full value has been redeemed. 
It is valid for a single transaction only unless otherwise stated.

5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Treat this Voucher as cash. Lost, stolen, damaged, or defaced vouchers will not be replaced, refunded, or honoured. 
We are not responsible for unauthorized use.

6. Usage Restrictions
Cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
Not valid for online purchases unless a redemption code is provided and accepted on our website.

7. Fraud Protection
Nose To Tail reserves the right to reject or cancel any voucher if fraud, tampering, or unauthorized duplication is suspected. 
A valid receipt or proof of purchase may be required.
