Safety first 

All dogs entering Nose to Tail must be on leash with a secure collar or harness to ensure the safety of your dog and others. If you forget your leash, please ask to borrow one.
Please do your best to encourage your dog to go toilet beforehand.

At Nose to Tail, we strive for excellence in every grooming service.
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the results, you are welcome to bring your pups back within 7 days of their original appointment.
Our team will be happy to reassess and provide any necessary touch-ups to ensure your satisfaction, at no additional cost.

Cancellation/No-show/Late Arrival/Late Pick up Policy

We understand that busy lifestyles and emergencies can sometimes necessitate cancelling or rescheduling appointments.

To ensure the smooth running of our day and to accommodate our other dogs, we have established the following cancellation policy:

24-Hour Notice Requirement:
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This will allow us to allocate the slot to another client who requires that time.

First Last-Minute Cancellation or No-Show:
If you cancel or do not show up for your appointment without giving at least 24 hours' notice, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled groom price will be charged to your account.
This fee will be added to your bill on your next visit.

Second Last-Minute Cancellation or No-Show:
You will be charged 100% of the groom price. Additionally, pre-payment will be required for all future appointments.
This pre-payment will not be refunded if you fail to adhere to our cancellation policy guidelines.

Late Arrival:
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, a $15 fee will be charged. 

Dogs arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a ’NO SHOW’ and the cancellation policy will apply. 

We appreciate your understanding of the heavy impact late cancellations have on our business and appreciate your continued support.

Late Pick up:
An unarranged late pick-up fee of $25 per 2 hours will apply if your pup is not picked up after a call or SMS message has been sent.
