From April 28th we can access the Nose to Tail facility and start to take orders for Food and Care items. We must state now that to comply with the rules and regulations, and for the health and safety of all, all transactions must be contactless. Our process will be as follows, please bear with us as we find the best way to service you in this environment:
Click here to place an order by email. At the moment we do not have an e-commerce facility, we’re working on that, and ask that you specify what product and quantity you require.
We will accept orders from Tuesday 28th April. Please specify product required and quantity. On your order please advise the day (see order pick up) that you will be picking up your order so we have it ready for you.
On receipt of your order we will confirm availability and total cost. When we advise, by e-mail, your order details there will be a total charge and Nose to Tail bank account details. Please ensure you pay for your order prior to pick up.
Order Pick up
Orders can be picked up between 10am and 2pm on Friday and Saturday commencing 1st May. When picking up orders we ask you to exercise the same ‘social distancing’ protocols that you would do when visiting a supermarket, pharmacy of petrol station.
As much as we are keen to catch up and reconnect we ask you to come to the store, pick up your order from the foyer and depart so others can do the same with minimal hassle/time.
If, due to extenuating circumstances, you cannot pick up your order we are willing to offer a delivery service (for a nominal fee of $5) within a 10k radius of the store. We are doing this to provide service, and as a good will initiative, for those customers who cannot make it to the store.
We will keep you updated on how the operation is working, and details of specials via Facebook, our website and e-mail. We ask you to be patient, we are ‘feeling our way’ during this period.
